One Phone.
Every Snap.

The phone in your pocket is the camera, the stat crew and the broadcast. Film from the sideline, tag each play at the whistle, stream it to the parents, and read the game report on the bus home.

A Friday Night

How It Actually Goes.

No camera to buy, no stat service to wait on, no editor to pay on Sunday. One coach's phone on the sideline, and everyone who cares about the game gets it as it happens.

The Bus Unloads

Home already knows what's next. Kickoff in 8 minutes, the opponent's logo, where you're playing, and the one button that matters tonight. Parents got a tap when you set the lineup; the ones who turned on alerts will get another when you go live.

The coach's Home screen before kickoff: the next game, Game Day, and the work to do before the whistle

Kickoff. Tap Game Day.

The phone records every play as its own clip, and the score bug is live for anyone watching. Between snaps you tap what happened: run, pass, who carried, where it ended. Ten seconds a play. The down, the distance and the spot are already filled in because the app watched the last one.

Grandma Is Watching From Florida

Every parent and fan who claimed a seat sees the stream with the score, the quarter and the clock on it, and can rewind to the play they missed while the game keeps going. Nobody asks you for a link. It's the same place they've been checking all week.

A parent's Home screen: Watch Live, the season record, and their athlete's film

Halftime Board

You tap Halftime and every phone in the stands gets the board: the score, the quarter, back live for the third. Your coaches already have the first-half plays sorted by down and by unit, so the adjustment is made on the bench, not on Monday.

Final

The stats are done because they were done at the whistle. Turnover margin, third-down rate, yards by unit, every carry by jersey number. The whole broadcast is saved. Every play is already a clip, tagged, in the right game, in the right quarter.

The Report Is Written Before the Bus Is Loaded

One tap and the game report writes itself from the stats and the film: a headline, the story of the game, the box score, and the three things to fix. It goes to every coach's phone and every family that wants it. Saturday morning the athletes open their own reel, with their plays already pulled, and share the one that matters to Instagram in a branded vertical clip.

What You Don't Buy

$3,000
The Camera

A fixed camera on a pole, plus install, plus the one coach who has to climb up and fix it.

$1,500
The Streaming Package

Sunday
The Editor

A coach's weekend, cutting film into plays so the staff can watch it on Monday.

Who Built It

A Coach Who Films His Own Team Every Friday.

Above the Lights was built in Traverse City, Michigan by a coach who got tired of a camera that cost more than the uniforms, stats that showed up on Saturday, and a stream the parents couldn't find. So he built the one he wanted, used it on his own sideline, and fixed what broke, every week, all season.

It is the first product from Player 1 Performance, and it is still coached the same way: if something gets in your way on a Friday night, tell us, and it gets fixed before the next one.
